Wound Care LPN

Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Wound Care LPN to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide evidence-based wound assessment, dressing changes, and ongoing management for diverse patient populations. You will collaborate closely with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans, monitor healing progress, and educate patients and families on wound care and prevention.
