• Prepare patients, instruments, and the OR environment for surgery.
• Circulate or scrub during surgical procedures, assisting the surgical team.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and maintain sterile technique.
• Document surgical care accurately and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Educate patients and families on pre- and post-operative care.
