Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, Day shift (exact start and end times to be confirmed with recruiter)
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 - $38.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with licensed physical therapists to implement individualized treatment plans
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training to help them regain strength and independence
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising physical therapist
- Educate patients on prescribed exercises and safety techniques to support their recovery at home
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to deliver compassionate, quality care
- Keep accurate and timely clinical documentation to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Oklahoma PTA license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Previous rehabilitation experience is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative setting
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid grasp of therapeutic exercise principles and functional mobility training
- Ability to monitor and document patient progress
- Knowledge of rehabilitation practices and clinical documentation standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a patient-first approach
- Time management and adaptability in a dynamic rehab environment
