Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a motivated Assistant Service Manager to support our service and tire teams while helping drive sales and maintain shop productivity. Assist in training and coaching service advisors on customer care and Courtesy Vehicle Inspections (CVIs). Ensure shop productivity, workflow, and safety standards are maintained. Handle POS transactions, inventory, and vendor procurement processes. Act as the primary supervisor in the absence of management. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop. What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED. 1+ year of experience in automotive service; sales experience preferred. Valid driver’s license. Strong customer service, communication, and cash-handling skills. Leadership or work-lead experience. Comfortable using upsell techniques. Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs; frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle.
