Float Pool Registered Nurse - RN

Role Regional Float RN Responsibilities Provide efficient nursing care, achieve positive clinical outcomes, and ensure patient/family satisfaction. Conduct nursing assessments, collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to develop and implement care plans. Qualifications Graduate from an approved nursing program Current license from the State Board of Nursing Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required Skills & Attributes Strong clinical skills, teamwork, effective communication, adaptability, and commitment to high-quality patient care. Key Duties Manage patient care across multiple settings, perform assessments, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care strategies.
