The next priority is strengthening the internal infrastructure needed to support continued growth: people, processes, accountability, workflow, client service, technology, and operational visibility.The ideal candidate is not someone who wants to operate exclusively at a strategic level. This position requires a hands-on senior leader who can quickly understand the business, identify opportunities for improvement, establish structure, develop people, and execute.The OpportunityYou will partner directly with the CEO to take ownership of day-to-day operations and help build a more scalable, predictable organization.You will have the opportunity to assess current workflows and organizational needs, strengthen operating processes, develop the team, improve accountability, and help determine the management structure needed to support future growth.This role is especially well suited for an operations leader who enjoys building and improving organizations, rather than simply maintaining systems that are already established.What You'll OwnLead day-to-day operations across a high-volume, client-service-driven organization.
Establish clear priorities, ownership, deadlines, and accountability across departments.
Oversee workflow from initial client intake through pre-litigation case progression, negotiation/settlement support, and appropriate handoff or closure.
Ensure client matters continue moving forward and operational bottlenecks are identified and addressed.
Lead, coach, and develop employees while establishing clear performance expectations.
Evaluate workloads, staffing needs, organizational structure, and management capacity.
Build and strengthen SOPs, operating procedures, training processes, and accountability systems.
Monitor client-service standards, response times, escalations, and recurring service issues.
Use KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to identify risks, capacity issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain visibility into production, collections, staffing, workflow, and revenue-impacting operational issues.
Conduct quality reviews and ensure appropriate escalation of time-sensitive or higher-risk matters.
Partner with leadership on staffing plans, process improvements, technology needs, and organizational priorities.
Drive effective adoption of technology, automation, and AI-enabled workflow tools.
Provide concise, solution-oriented operational reporting to executive leadership.
Help build the management and staff structure required to support continued company growth.
