Adhere to all federal pharmaceutical detailing regulations and industry salesguidelines. Quickly develop an understanding of behavioral health, psychiatric disease states,pharmaceutical products, market dynamics, and healthcare practice settings. Learn and communicate product information, clinical studies, treatment protocols,and guidelines in a professional sales environment. Develop and execute territory business plans while consistently achieving salesgrowth within assigned territories. Promote pharmaceutical products ethically and in compliance with company salesprocesses and approved marketing strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and key healthcareprofessionals across multiple practice settings. Entry-level Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives should obtain industrycredentials and certifications. Required Experience and Skills Sales ability with previous sales experience preferred. Ability to understand and communicate scientific and technical medicalinformation effectively. Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives should possess a PSC, CNPR, or CMRindustry sales certification. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Passion for excellence and a competitive mindset. Entry-level Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives should obtain appropriateindustry certifications to align with PharmaGen selling guidelines. Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation. Documented leadership ability. Strong organizational and administrative skills, including proficiency withMicrosoft Office.
