Key Responsibilities
- Conduct therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing virtual platforms to ensure safe and effective care.
- Evaluate clients' emotional and psychological needs through thorough assessments, actively listening to their concerns and histories.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals, utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based approaches.
- Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, including social workers and psychiatric staff, to coordinate holistic care for clients.
- Document client progress and maintain detailed case notes in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring client confidentiality.
- Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring that clients feel supported during their most challenging moments.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
