We are looking for a Team Lead to help site managers with daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the site. If you love cars, enjoy serving others, and want to be active and work outdoors, join us. Responsibilities Help site managers with the daily operations of the car wash. Ensure we meet all inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards to deliver a consistent, convenient and exceptional experience for customers. Help hire, train, and coach teammates to perform their jobs and uphold our values, setting an example when completing all required car wash activities. Qualifications 6 months of relevant customer service or sales experience Car wash experience preferred, though not required Required Skills Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth Communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example Organize time, work, and team to complete many varying responsibilities Benefits Competitive health benefits, 401(k), paid time off, free car washes, and opportunities to grow your career. Compensation Typically $21.50/hour, including a base pay of $19.50/hour plus an average of $2/hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped.
