Truck Driver Oilfield

We are currently seeking experienced Oilfield Truck Drivers who are serious about making good money. New wells are requiring us to bring on more drivers to haul frac sand. We offer full benefits, a great family atmosphere, open‑door management, and brand new 2021 trucks. Eligibility & Requirements Valid Class A CDL license from one of the following states: TX, OK, LA, NM & AR. Must have 1 full year of Class A driving experience in the last three years. Must have a full 6 months of verifiable sand/oilfield experience in the last three years and have driven an 18‑speed during this time. Must be 23 years old. No at‑fault DOT recordable accidents in the last five years. Minimal tickets. No more than 10 jobs in the past 3 years. Upstanding motor vehicle record (MVR). Responsibilities Drivers will haul sand and pneumatic materials between TX, NM, OK, & LA, primarily for frac sand and some sand box operations. Pay & Benefits All drivers start at 30% pay. Average weekly pay: $1,800 – $2,100. Top earners can reach $2,100 – $2,700 per week. Pay raise after 30 days. $1,500 referral bonus. Holiday pay incentive. Hometime 14 out/4 home or 21 out/6 home rotations. All trucks must be left on the yard during time off. Equipment Brand new 2021 Peterbilt trucks with extended hoods. All trucks are 18‑speed. All tractors turned over after 150,000 miles. Room for microwaves and fridges. Fully assigned trucks. All PPE is company provided. Lease‑purchase option available.
