Roofing Service Mechanic (1+ years construction experience required)

Job Description

Chaffee Roofing is a fourth generation, family owned company that has been in business since 1908. We are hiring for a position in our service department, where we visit around 1-4 projects a day, performing repairs to commercial roof systems. The requirements for this position is below:

Diagnose roof leaks on all types of flat roof systems. Knowledge of shingle roof systems a plus.
Make repairs on all types of roof systems using compatible / appropriate products.
Complete small repair jobs (Curb installations, seam stripping, etc.).
Complete annual or bi-annual roof maintenance inspections.
Build and maintain customer relationships through prompt service and professional communication.
Provide friendly customer interaction.
Complete paperwork for office / customers as required.
Commercial roofing experience strongly preferred. A minimum of 1 year construction experience is required.
