Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator with experience in freight forwarding and transportation management to support daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, booking transportation, and ensuring efficient movement of freight while maintaining excellent customer service.

salary: $25 - $27 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage domestic and international freight forwarding activities
• Book and manage FTL (Full Truckload) and LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipments
• Utilize CargoWise and AF400 systems for shipment tracking, documentation, and order management
• Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation issues
