Finally, We pioneer: setting a vision that shapes the future and inspires others.Roles and Responsibilities: Manage a team of Program Planning & Scheduling AnalystsPerform mid-year and year-end performance reviewsDevelop direct team knowledge and depthPrepares, develops and coordinates the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives.Ensures program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated.Effectively facilitates upward and downward two-way communication across all levelsExcellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees, management, and executive leadershipProvides weekly status and reportingConducting Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) auditsImplements scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to:DCMA 14-pointIPMR DI-MGMT-81861NDIA EIA-748 32 GuidelinesEarned Value Management System (EVMS)Critical Path Methodology (CPM)Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and AnalysisAbility to perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis and make recommendations to solve problemsAbility to create presentation content and present to various levels of leadershipAbility to effectively work with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, and the Program/Project ManagerAbility to travel ~20% of the timeBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of Planning & Scheduling, Program Cost Schedule Control, Finance, Pricing, Program/Project Management, or Engineering Scheduling experience; OR Master’s degree with 5 years of Planning & Scheduling, Program Cost Schedule Control, Finance, Pricing, Program/Project Management, or Engineering Scheduling experience OR Associate's Degree with 9 years of Planning & Scheduling, Program Cost Schedule Control, Finance, Pricing, Program/Project Management, or Engineering Scheduling experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 11 years of Planning & Scheduling, Program Cost Schedule Control, Finance, Pricing, Program/Project Management, or Engineering Scheduling experienceExperience with the Assessment (SRA) approach and executionKnowledge of Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development; Schedule RiskExperience and knowledge in Earned Value Schedule ManagementMust have an active US Government secret clearance (with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a Business and/or STEM (Science, Technology Engineering or Mathematics) disciplineExperience and knowledge in EV CostExperience with Microsoft Project Server environmentPrimary Level Salary Range: $126,600.00 - $189,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
