Shea Properties is seeking a Floating Junior Service Technician to perform day-to-day cleaning and maintenance at an apartment community. Responsibilities include janitorial, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and pool maintenance, with a pay range of $21.50-$24.00/hour and eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus. On-site work with a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call shifts.
