You'll work onsite five days a week, collaborating with a team of experts in a state-of-the-art laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical procedures in a research laboratory with minimal supervision using standard scientific techniques and analytical principles.
• Collaborate with senior laboratory personnel to refine research procedures and recommend necessary modifications.
• Perform specialized tests and procedures using complex laboratory equipment.
• Manage procurement of supplies and materials essential for laboratory research.
• Conduct literature reviews for research abstracts and information gathering.
• Perform statistical calculations, analyze data, and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Oversee the care of research animals, perform minor surgeries, and collect specimens for analysis.
• Support product development in Hydration, including beverage and syrup preparation, sampling, lab-scale trials, shipment coordination, and cross-functional project support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
• Proficiency in complex laboratory techniques, equipment, and terminology.
• Strong skills in statistical calculations and report preparation.

Preferences:

• Experience in food science or a related field.
• Ability to conduct minor animal surgeries and specimen collection.
