As an ER nurse, you will be at the forefront of patient care, handling a wide range of medical conditions and emergencies. • Conduct individualized patient assessments and prioritize care based on immediate needs
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Perform treatments and procedures as ordered by physicians, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Provide education to patients and families, fostering understanding and cooperation
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately
• Initiate emergency resuscitative measures following established protocols
• Maintain confidentiality and deliver care with sensitivity to patient diversity
• Adhere to safety and infection control standards
• Support other departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
• Ensure medication administration and documentation are completed accurately
• Uphold professional standards and participate in continuous education
• Need 1 year experience in setting
