Key Responsibilities Responsible for strategic planning, resource management, and process improvement across service groupings. Oversees the implementation of active treatment and nursing care for patients. Manages staffing levels, establishes cost control programs, and implements new programs/services. Establishes quality measures and standards for continuous quality improvement. Develops, maintains, and communicates departmental policies, procedures, and practices. Qualifications & Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Experience Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience. Licenses/Certifications Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical or Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment. Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
