At Dallas Honda, one of the largest and busiest Honda dealerships in Texas, you'll work alongside an experienced team supporting a high-volume service department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for consistent business, strong earning potential, and long-term career growth. The Parts Advisor will report to the Parts Manager and is an onsite position.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, rotating Saturdays

• Pay: Base Salary + Commission

What You'll Do

As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a critical role in keeping our service department running efficiently while providing exceptional support to customers and technicians.

• Assist customers, technicians, and vendors with parts inquiries and orders.

• Coordinate with the service team to source parts for repairs and maintenance.

• Order, receive, stock, and organize inventory for quick accessibility.

• Process customer purchases, returns, warranties, and core returns.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control processes.

• Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.

What You'll Bring

• 1 or more years of previous automotive, aftermarket, powersports, trucking, or parts experience

• Understanding of automotive systems and components.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Experience with inventory management and computer systems preferred.

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
