Job description: In-Home Caregiver – Greater San Diego Area $18–$23/hour | Flexible Scheduling | Paid Training & Orientation Make a Real Difference — Every Single Day If you find purpose in showing up for people when they need it most, this role was built for you. We're looking for experienced, compassionate caregivers to join our team across the Greater San Diego area — people who understand that great care isn't just clinical, it's deeply human. What You'll Do You'll provide hands-on, non-medical support that helps clients with Dementia, Alzheimer's, ALS, and Parkinson's disease live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Day to day, that looks like:

• Assisting with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe redirection for memory care clients
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Light housekeeping, errands, grocery runs, and prescription pick-ups
• Transportation to appointments and outings
• Monitoring client wellbeing and communicating changes to the care team
• Most importantly — being a consistent, calming presence clients and families

can count on What We're Looking For ● Prior caregiving experience, especially with neurodegenerative or memory care clients

• Patience, reliability, and genuine compassion
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
• Ability to follow and adapt to individualized care plans
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and provide a current TB test

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with safe transfer techniques
• Familiarity with memory care best practices
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills
