What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems
• Perform service, maintenance, and system replacements
• Work on residential and light commercial equipment
• Service refrigeration equipment (ice machines, freezers, etc.)
• Clearly explain issues and solutions to customers ( no gimmicks )
• Maintain truck inventory and keep equipment organized
• Represent the company with professionalism and pride
• Build long-term customer relationships

What We're Looking For:

• HVAC service experience (residential + light commercial)
• Refrigeration experience preferred
• Reliable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Clean driving record
