Overview:
Our Internal Medicine practice is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting. Our role focuses on managing acute and chronic conditions while supporting preventive care and long-term patient health.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 4:30 PM, no nights or weekends
• Competitive pay: $130,000 base annually (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services, including well visits and sick visits
• Manage chronic disease conditions and long-term treatment plans
• Conduct medication management and prescription oversight
• Perform patient evaluations and develop care plans
• Document clinical encounters accurately and timely
• Collaborate with physicians and care team members to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients on preventive care and treatment adherence

Qualifications:

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• Experience in primary care or internal medicine preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work independently within an outpatient setting
