Marketing Coordinator

Event CoordinatorPayrate: $18.00- $19.00/hr.Supports the coordination and delivery of global events, training programs, and branded merchandise activities. Works with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to source materials, respond to inquiries, create part numbers, create purchase requisitions, maintain accurate records, and help resolve routine operational issues. Assists with data entry, reporting, process documentation, and other Program Solutions team activities as assigned.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support the delivery of global events, training programs, and branded merchandise activities.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to source materials and support program activities.Respond to routine inquiries and provide operational support as needed.Create and maintain part numbers and purchase requisitions.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program operations.Assist in resolving routine operational issues in a timely manner.Perform data entry, reporting, and process documentation activities.Support additional Program Solutions team activities and projects as assigned.Experience RequirementsProven experience performing the core responsibilities associated with this role.Demonstrated ability to contribute quickly and work independently.Experience working effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Required SkillsStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across a distributed, primarily remote team.Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.Ability to prioritize work and consistently deliver high-quality results on time.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.Ability to resolve routine operational issues and support ongoing program activities.Preferred SkillsPrevious customer service experience.Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $18.00 - $19.00 /hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
