Customer Success Manager - Insurance Indirect

If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds, and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.Equifax is seeking aCustomer Success Manager who will be responsible for optimizing the customer experience lifecycle, handling post-sales implementation program management and collaborating with Insurance Indirect partners to ensure the partner and their end customers are realizing expected value from Equifax solutions, as well as driving adoption and retention.What you’ll doProactively drive adoption, usage, net retention, and renewals by optimizing customer experience for complex Insurance partnerships across lines of businessAct as the connecting thread for internal teams with the partner across the partner and end customer journeyDrive partner advocacy in resolving issues from new/expanded business acquisition to adoption to use to value realizationServe as a trusted adviser and advocate for partnerCreate collaboration plan and success plan with each partner Monitor and maintain partnership healthEducate partners on business value of solutionsAssist in coordinating marketing efforts to fuel partner GTM campaigns involving Equifax solutions or co-developed solutionsAid partners in usage and value realization of solutionsPartner with Relationship Manager(s) in preparing and conducting quarterly business reviewsDrive partner advocacy within Equifax Utilize voice of the end customer and partner to inform product roadmapsCoordinate internal COE teams to benefit of partnerProvide partner transparency on status of issues/requestsAssist with resolution of partner and end customer support issues What experience you needExperience7-10 years of customer-facing experience in management consulting, customer success, account management, ideally in the insurance or credit industryBachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience Experience promoting value through the customer experienceExperience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customersExperience working with cross-functional teamsKnowledgeKnowledge of customer success processesStrong understanding of market segments and market data trends - ideally in the Insurance industrySkills Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes and creatively solve problemsBias for actionExceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationshipsAbility to establish milestones and keep all team members on task; strong project management skillsSelf-driven and proactiveWhat could set you apartMasters or advanced degree preferred Insurance experience strongly preferredEquifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $133,770.00 to $160,000.00. This position is also eligible for our annual incentive compensation program at approximately 15%. The application window is anticipated to close on Monday, August 10, 2026.
