Senior Acquisition Support Lead - Washington, D.C.

Position Description & Qualifications If you are interested in supporting the U.S. Navy to deliver and maintain state‑of‑the‑art craft in a role that involves meaningful and challenging projects, we have a great opportunity for you in Washington, DC. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate a technical and administrative team of over 60 personnel by assigning, scheduling, prioritizing, coordinating, and facilitating multiple tasks. Evaluate performance of subcontractors and staff in terms of actual and planned task schedules and resource requirements. Review work for quality assurance. Compose memoranda, reports, and other documentation highlighting project steps and status for daily and weekly meetings with the customer. Attend meetings and make presentations about project status and work commitments. Ensure training of all staff members and instruct them on customer methods, procedures, and standards. Evaluate, develop, or implement procedures regarding project documentation and development. Troubleshoot technical problems and take corrective action. Review employee schedules and time cards. Participate in long‑range planning, analysis, and program design. Participate in the planning and design of new projects as requested. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance post‑employment. U.S. Citizenship. Bachelor's degree. 5 years of relevant/related experience. Microsoft Office proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Critical thinking, strong customer service skills, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to travel 10% of the time. Additional Desired Experience and Skills Active or current DoD Secret Clearance. PMP certificate is preferred.
