The Scrum Master is a servant-leader and coach accountable for ensuring their assigned Scrum Team(s) understand and effectively enacts Scrum principles to deliver valuable technology solutions predictably. This role focuses on maximizing the team's efficiency and protecting their focus, facilitating the removal of organizational impediments, and continuously coaching the team and organization on effective Agile practices. This role operates in a rapidly evolving technology environment and requires curiosity, adaptability, and openness to leveraging AI-assisted tools, workflow automation, and modern delivery practices to improve team effectiveness and operational efficiency.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a dedicated Scrum Master for a software development team
• Expert Facilitation

• Professional Scrum Master Certification
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
• Experience in a regulated industry, such as mortgage finance
• Experience helping to stand up new teams from inception, including defining their DoR/DoD, working agreements, and initial metrics

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below: Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
