This Isn't a Traditional Customer Service Role

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, solving problems, building relationships — and recognizing opportunities to help customers beyond the reason they originally called.

You'll absolutely provide excellent service.

You'll answer customer questions, process requests, complete follow-up work, and help keep the agency running smoothly.

But we're looking for more than someone who simply completes the task in front of them. We're looking for an Opportunity Finder.

Someone who listens. Someone who's curious. Someone who can hear a customer say something important and think: “There's another way we may be able to help this person.”

What You'll Do
You'll help our existing customers with day-to-day insurance needs while proactively identifying opportunities for deeper conversations with our team. Responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound customer calls and providing excellent service
• Completing customer service requests accurately and efficiently
• Following up on outstanding customer needs
• Building genuine relationships with customers
• Asking thoughtful questions rather than simply completing transactions
• Identifying insurance and financial needs that may not currently be addressed
• Recognizing cross-sell opportunities within existing households
• Identifying customers who would benefit from an insurance review
• Scheduling appointments for deeper conversations with licensed team members
• Asking satisfied customers for referrals and Google reviews when appropriate
• Maintaining accurate notes and follow-up activity
• Tracking a small set of daily activities so we can measure opportunities created and customers helped
