New Construction Superintendent (Custom Homes)

Position: PROJECT MANAGER - Superintendent New Custom-Home Construction This position is for an onsite/multi-site Project Manager for various jobsite locations with custom designed homes and individual homeowners on their own property. You will plan/schedule subcontractors to be onsite as needed to execute the build-time the project dictates. Must have experience with new-homes (& custom homes preferred) to be considered. Construction site management extending from the design & precon process, subcontractor-selection & executing contracts to managing safety and scheduling through c/o .Ensuring Budget & Schedule are met while also closely watching the quality of construction.
