Be a contributing member to the multidisciplinary health care team and must be able to communicate the needs of the patient/significant others to all disciplines involved in the patient's care. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program. Must hold a valid license to practice Nursing in the State of Indiana. CPR at first available opportunity at WHS.
