About the Position

Job Title: RN Neuro/Trauma ICU Profession: RN Specialty: Neuro/Trauma ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Unknown Hours per Shift: 36 hours (Day/Night Rotating) Experience: Minimum of 3 years in critical care nursing, 1+ years of travel experience, 2+ years of neuro critical care nursing preferred License: Valid RN license Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Strong critical care experience required. - Experience in neurotrauma, status epilepticus, stroke, and spinal cord injury care preferred. Description: This position involves caring for critically ill patients with a range of neurological diagnoses. Patients may present with neurotrauma, status epilepticus, stroke, and spinal cord injury. The Nursing Clinician to Patient ratio is 1:2. The patient population consists of adults with complex comorbidities and multisystem organ involvement. The bed count for the unit is 24, with a current census of 22.
