Regional Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Muncie, IN by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operate regional dry‑van routes across the Midwest with assignments tied to Chicago and surrounding hubs. HMD delivers dependable home‑weekly schedules and transparent mileage pay.

What you’ll handle:

• Safely operate company dry‑van tractors on regional lanes, completing scheduled pickups and deliveries.
• Communicate with dispatch, maintain accurate trip and inspection records, and perform routine vehicle checks.
• Ensure freight integrity and represent the company professionally at customer sites.

Compensation & perks:

• $0.70 cents per mile for all miles driven and a $2,500 sign‑on bonus.

Minimum qualifications:

• Valid CDL‑A and at least 12 months verifiable commercial driving experience.
