Assists in contributing to the hospital’s philosophy, objectives, educational and Performance & Improvement efforts, while providing supervision of House Supervisors, RN’s and MHTs. Assist the CNO in filing, tracking and implementing staff scheduling. Assisting the DON/ADON in evaluating, reviewing, designing and implementing hospital training events with respect to all RN//MHT staff required training. Also provides patient nursing assessments and participates in Treatment Team meetings on as-needed basis Qualifications Your Skills & Qualifications will include: Valid Utah RN license or license authorized to practice in Utah ASN REQUIRED, BSN highly preferred (3-5) years' of experience working in a psych/detox inpatient setting required, (5-8) years' experience preferred A passion for helping others rediscover their "hope" Knowledge of psychiatric and medical nursing procedures is essential Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check & drug screen EEO Statement - We believe that diversity and inclusion among our teammates is critical to our success.
