Job Overview Taylor Care Adult Behavioral Health At Berlin - an Adult Mental Health Partial Care Program located in Tuckerton, NJ is seeking a Full Time Case Manager/Group facilitator to join our team of Mental Health Professionals Responsibilities Case Manager will carry a caseload of approximately 20 clients, conduct therapeutic groups for about 15 clients, prepare treatment plans, document progress in medical records, and outreach to other caregivers. Compensation and Benefits We are offering a competitive annual salary based on experience, plus a generous benefit package including Health, Dental, Vision, Matched 401(k) and PTO Days. Qualifications BA in Human Services field, OR AA in Human Services field plus 2 years of full time experience in human services, OR No degree and 5 years of full time experience in Human Services. Additional experience in IMR, Pre‑Vocational and Addictions counseling is preferred. Bilingual – English and Spanish a plus.
