Our Department Mission:
The mission of the KP-DEV Team is to provide an actively managed production-like test environment that supports KP development, QA, and UAT efforts. Becoming the test environment of choice for KP IT. The team also offers formal QA testing services for select applications and platforms.



Our Consultants Role:

1. Manage and coordinate User Consultations
2. Develop/create business requirements for KP-DEV Development Environment.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support process and service improvements.
4. Troubleshoot KP-DEV Environment errors and related problems with individual technology owners (Active Directory, Ping ID, VDI, Microsoft Management Console,
5. Create/develop dynamics reports to tell the story in our department from the various tools we use.

Position Summary:
Ensures the integrity of Healthcare KP-DEV environment by establishing processes for end-to-end testing with including all technical areas - SMTP, Proofpoint, Ping, Security, et. al.
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of testing experience.
• Proficient knowledge of personal computers and spreadsheet and word processing programs.
• Good general knowledge of infrastructure and different technologies, i.e. SMTP, Ping, Security, etc.
• Good organizational and process skills.
• Prior experience in end-to-end testing for infrastructure environments.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Duties:
  • Work to establish test process procedures. Work with technical teams to define the process for setting up/clearing test environment and running tests.
  • Determine process for tracking test results including identification of both non-successful and successful test results.
  • Work with technical teams to identify root cause and propose remedial action(s).
  • Prepares formal test result summaries to be on record. Establish tracking mechanism for recording and documenting test results.
  • Define process for re-setting test environment to "clean" state for next round of testing.

Experience:

1. 7-10 years working in an nonproduction IT environment supporting development and/or QA (Isolated Pre-Production)
2. Experience implementing environment management processes.
3. Strong analytical mind, and a proven ability to work with limited direction.
4. Must be experienced with Azure / Active Directory / ability to create reports from Active Directory
5. Must be familiar with O365 and have infrastructure and application testing experience.
6. Must be familiar with QA test and bug reporting concepts.
7. Developing/Creating Metrics

Preferred Qualifications:
Three (3) years' experience working for a healthcare organization.
Two (2) years of experience managing test data in a development or QA environment.
Three (3) years' experience working for an IT organization.
Two (2) years of experience working on projects or programs requiring the integration of cross-functional technology.

Two (2) years of working with project or technical teams.
Two (2) years of experience in business case development and analysis
Two (2) years of work experience in the development of technical documents.
