Service Desk Analyst

Job Summary TEKsystems is seeking a bilingual IT Service Desk Technician to support a growing enterprise environment. This entry‑level to mid‑level role offers hands‑on experience within a structured IT support team with strong career growth potential. Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 support via phone, email, and chat Troubleshoot issues related to: Microsoft 365 (O365) Active Directory (password resets, access requests) Basic hardware/software issues Log and manage tickets using ServiceNow Support user access, system issues, and general IT inquiries Escalate complex issues as needed Deliver excellent customer support in Spanish and English Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) Experience in a help desk or IT support role (or strong technical aptitude) Basic knowledge of O365 and Active Directory Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Additional Details Training schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Full onsite role within an established team environment Opportunity to gain enterprise‑level IT experience and grow your career Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Evansville, IN Fully onsite Pay & Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00 per hour.
