Why This Position Is Important As a CSR, you are the first and most important point of contact for our customers. What You’ll Be Responsible For Handling inbound customer calls with confidence, empathy, and efficiency Converting calls into booked service appointments Making outbound calls to support scheduling and customer follow-up Using proven call scripts while maintaining a natural, authentic conversation Accurately documenting customer information in our system Communicating clearly with dispatch and leadership throughout the day Participating in coaching, training, and continuous improvement Supporting team initiatives and customer satisfaction efforts This Role Is a Great Fit If You: Adapt quickly and stay calm under pressure Communicate clearly and professionally Take ownership of your responsibilities and follow through Enjoy learning, improving, and being coached Can multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Are reliable, punctual, and accountable Previous customer service or call-center experience is strongly preferred, but we will train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism, work ethic, and a desire to grow.
