This is a fully remote role on the Organic Social team. About the role You will help the brand's community feel heard, supported and connected: engaging through comments and direct messages, supporting social publishing and monitoring conversations across platforms. You will work closely with the Director of Social, the Social Media Manager and the Consumer Experience team. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day engagement across comments and direct messages, representing the brand voice consistently. Own publishing across organic social channels using Nectar Social, covering evergreen content, trend-driven posts, campaign deliverables, partnerships and product launches. Run quality assurance checks on captions, links, tags, accessibility requirements and formatting. Maintain publishing calendars and workflows within social management platforms. Monitor social conversation and community sentiment using approved listening tools. Track recurring consumer questions, feedback and emerging topics, and support recurring reporting.
