Industrial Maintenance Technician

Pay- $35/hour + planned OT as required The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:- Servicing and maintenance of facility equipment including turret presses, stamping presses, press brakes and other metal fabricating machines.
- Servicing pneumatic hand tools, power tools, machine attachments, including but not limited to replacement of parts and control modules.
- Servicing and possible cleaning of compressors, hydraulics, plumbing fixtures, motors, relays and contacts, electrical and electronic panels and controls.
- Troubleshooting machine issues; disassembling; repairing or replacing worn or defective parts.
- Equipment wiring, low and high voltage electrical work, and troubleshooting other miscellaneous electrical issues.
- Basic facility maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, furniture assembly and occasional moving, and other miscellaneous building maintenance activities.
- Must be assertive in completing tasks in a timely manner and have troubleshooting skills to solve problems with minimal supervision.
- 3-5 years industrial maintenance in a manufacturing setting (metal fabrication is a plus but not required).
- 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing automated equipment.
- Consistent demonstration of troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis.
- Proven skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
- Maintenance and improvement of manufacturing equipment.
- Powder Coating or maintenance of powder coating equipment a plus but not required.
- PLC and robotic experience are a very BIG plus but not required.
- The ability to work planned overtime when required.
2nd shift 2:30pm - 11pm; M-F
