We are looking for motivated people who take pride in their work, enjoy helping others, and want the opportunity to grow with a company that values quality over rushed cleans. This is a commission-based position with earning potential typically ranging around 15%–35% depending on experience, performance, and lead responsibilities. Our cleaners are rewarded for efficiency, attention to detail, professionalism, and client satisfaction. We service residential homes, recurring maintenance clients, deep cleans, move-out cleans, Airbnb turnovers, and more throughout Albuquerque and surrounding areas including Rio Rancho, Los Lunas, the East Mountains, and Santa Fe.
