Credentialing Specialist

To support the Managed Care Team, the full-time Credentialing and Support Specialist will manage all aspects of credentialing and re-credentialing for various locations, ensuring compliance with regulations and acting as a liaison with health plan partners while working remotely from North Carolina or Florida. Key responsibilities Guarantees compliance with policies and regulations for credentialing and re-credentialing applications Coordinates with Legal, HR, and Compliance Departments to verify and document necessary information Maintains the credentialing management database and supports the Contracting team with administrative tasks and special projects Required qualifications Minimum 1 year of facility credentialing and contracting experience in Senior Living/Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to learn new software quickly Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Demonstrated professionalism and exceptional interpersonal skills Knowledge of credentialing concepts, practices, and procedures
