Role: PeopleSoft Developer

Location: Franklin TN (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications based on business requirements.
  
• Build and enhance PeopleSoft components using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
  
• Develop and support reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and workflows using SQL, SQR, BI Publisher , and related tools.
  
• Analyze functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development, test, and production environments.
  
• Support PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, migrations, retrofits, and performance tuning activities.
  
• Collaborate with functional teams, business users, administrators, database teams , and other technical stakeholders.
  
• Prepare and maintain technical design documents, unit test plans, deployment notes, and support documentation.
  
• Ensure development follows coding standards, security guidelines, and change management processes.
  
• Provide production support, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
