Responsibilities of the Human Resources Specialist:

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Support employee relations by addressing questions, concerns, and resolving conflicts
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and time-off tracking
• Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate training and professional development programs
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics

Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Specialist:

• Proven experience in an HR role preferred
