Senior Business Analyst

Location: Onsite at the location listed in the job posting. Responsibilities Understand the core business for each product we support Partner effectively with product owners and engage in product strategy with them Identify how each business generates value for customers and the Bank Ownership mindset - knows where the value is, identify and confirm through data and make recommendations to the owners Lead core analytics and reporting, which comprises of monthly, quarterly and annual performance reporting for each Product business. Support our retail business through always on, real-time CRM analytics Partner with data scientists to build predictive analytical models that deliver outsized growth in our products businesses Evangelize data and analytics across the marketing organization Core Competencies Problem Solving Solve complex whitespace problems Think 360 degrees on a problem Think of second order impacts Job specific skills Articulate how / what data will solve the business problem Make basic math equations and solve those to identify what data will answer the question Go find the data needed to answer business questions Knows SQL (required) Experience with Databricks a plus (but not required) Communication Present complex data related problems in an easy to understand way to non-technical audience Strong written and verbal communication Create presentations and communicate through them in a structured way Storytelling through data Teamwork Work alongside analysts, product owners, project managers and get work done in a highly matrixed organization Results Focus Understands the business needs and prioritizes effectively Autonomously drives results and escalates effectively when needed Demonstrate exceptional ownership About Us First Horizon Corporation is a leading regional financial services company, dedicated to helping our clients, communities and associates unlock their full potential with capital and counsel.
