Senior Consultant Healthcare

The Marwood Group is actively seeking experienced mid-career consultants to join our growing New York City office for immediate / near-term start. Marwood is a healthcare-industry advisory firm specializing in strategic advisory services and commercial due diligence for healthcare investors and enterprises, operating national and internationally from our offices in NYC, Washington DC, and London, UK. Key Responsibilities A senior consultant leads mid-sized engagement teams with the guidance of senior management to achieve client objectives, combining rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis of influential commercial, scientific, and policy drivers. This role at Marwood will enable qualified candidates to work directly on client deliverables and to lead multidisciplinary consultant teams while developing senior‑level expertise in healthcare consulting and business considerations including financial, clinical, regulatory, and policy issues. Translating client objectives into project tasks and deliverables Interfacing with client and internal teams Structuring and executing primary and secondary qualitative and quantitative analysis Collecting and analyzing healthcare market and policy data Developing creative solutions to address challenges or barriers Identifying key insights and writing executive‑level summaries Identifying growth opportunities and/or risks for client enterprises Assessing and prioritizing strategic growth initiatives Presenting team findings using PowerPoint, Excel, and other solutions Qualifications Healthcare strategy consulting experience (3‑5 years preferred) at a peer firm or analogue Healthcare industry experience, e.g., science, policy, finance, or other relevant drivers; life sciences expertise a plus Solution‑oriented, thrives under short deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English for business purposes.
