We never compromise the quality of our products and we look for employees that will hold the same commitment to quality and service that we do.Chicago Baking Company has an outstanding opportunity for a Extra Route Sales Representative in the Appleton, WI area.Principal Accountabilities:Responsible for route operational activity, including ordering and distribution, merchandising, promotional activity, holiday planning, and meeting customer expectations.Communicate with customers to assist them in understanding the promotional activity, and understand what our customer delivery expectations are.Ensure that product distribution is accomplished to customer satisfaction in agreement with any contract terms and requirements.Assist customer relations to include selling of new products, and space/position gains.Represent CBC as a leader in the baking business.QualificationsPosition Requirements:High School diploma, GED, or equivalent requiredExcellent interpersonal skillsBasic computer skills helpful.Previous DSD operation or route sales experience desiredA valid drivers licenseAble to lift and carry up to 50 lbsThe ability to drive a standard truckMust follow all DOT regulations and be able to pass a DOT physical.Ability to work early mornings and weekendsBenefits:Dental InsuranceHealth InsurancePension
