We can point to four key reasons why we consistently please our customers: we offer a wide range of well-designed products, affordable prices, speedy delivery, and exceptional customer service.Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To The Following:Packing Associate:Wrap products based on specified size, while determining the size of the box to use and the type/amount of packing material to be usedAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to read rulersFreight Associate:Pick freight orders by referencing order ticketBuild skids to fit larger freight shipmentsLoad, band, and wrap skids in preparation for shipmentShipping Associate:Weighing and measuring products to determine the best way to ship the productUsing UPS, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Express mailing systemsStock products on pallet -wrap completed palletsAssist with other warehouse duties such as packing, picking orders, etc. as neededStocking Associate:Using hand carts, pallet jacks, or physically lifting up to 70 pounds to move stockRemoving product from boxes and placing on shelves in an orderly mannerBreaking down boxes and packing materialsAssisting the Receiving department as neededRequirementsRequire the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, organized environmentAbility to readNeed excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailMust be punctualHaving previous warehouse experience is a plusWilling to be cross-trainedWillingness to receive on-the-job forklift trainingPrevious forklift experience is a plusBenefits:Company sponsored 401kOn-the-job training providedCross-trainingPersonal & professional growth encouragedFlexible work schedulesCompany workout facilityMedium business, ran with a small business mentality which includes an open door policyFriendly and open culture
