Responsibilities Lead weekly shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for the shift. Support departments in meeting their goals. Key Skills Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Must be 18 years or older to manage our owner-operated restaurants. Benefits One week paid vacation after five years of employment.
