Assembler | $18/hr To Start. Wage Increase Potential after 3 and 6 months! Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm We are hiring Assemblers for a local metal manufacturing company. This position works both independently and on a team to assemble metal components and finished products. This is a great opportunity to work with a long-term, reputable company in the area. Those who have prior manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or metalworking experience are strongly encouraged to apply! Responsibilities Assemble metal parts, components, and finished products according to blueprints, drawings, work orders, and written instructions Read and interpret blueprints, assembly instructions, and measurements Use various hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks Perform drilling, fastening, grinding, deburring, and other assembly-related duties Measure and inspect parts to ensure proper fit, alignment, and quality Check and maintain quality of parts throughout the manufacturing process Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and written instructions Strong attention to detail Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Previous manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or metalworking experience strongly preferred Benefits & Pay $18/hr DOE.
