Aspire Senior Living Moberly, a premier skilled nursing facility in Moberly, MO, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Director of Nursing (RN) to join our team. As a vital member of our leadership team, Director of Nursing (RN) will play a key role in enhancing the lives of our residents by delivering high-quality, resident-focused care in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

As the Director of Nursing (RN) , you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and high-quality patient care. Director of Nursing (RN) will develop, implement, and manage nursing policies, procedures, and standards of practice, and lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals. Director of Nursing (RN) duties will also include collaborating with other departments, developing and managing the nursing department budget, and fostering strong relationships with residents, families, and the community.

Director of Nursing (RN) Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and high-quality patient care
• Develop, implement, and manage nursing policies, procedures, and standards of practice
• Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure exceptional care
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
• Develop and manage the nursing department budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sound financial decisions
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and the community to promote a positive and engaging experience

Director of Nursing (RN) Requirements:

• Active and good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
• Experience in a similar role or related healthcare setting
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing standards and regulations
• On-Call and other coverage shifts are required to support community
