About This Role: As the Director, Enterprise Insights and Analytics - US Commercial, you will be an integral member of the Biogen NA Business Insights & Operations (BIO) team, reporting directly to the BIO Head of the Portfolio Strategy, Operations, and Innovation. This strategic role focuses on establishing and executing processes to amplify and integrate insights across all Brands, Field, and Digital, with expansion plans to include insights from Patient Services, MA&R, and other areas within Biogen North America. Initially, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and manage the LEQEMBI Control Tower cross-functional team, which is a top priority for Biogen North America. Your efforts will set the foundation for scaling processes across other brand teams. The Control Tower aims to drive brand performance by leveraging analytics and cross-functional insights, providing actionable insights that influence strategic decisions. Your strong analytical skills, deep understanding of pharmaceutical operations, and effective communication abilities will be essential in interacting with multiple levels of stakeholders, including executive leadership.What You’ll Do:Define and operationalize the Control Tower remit, focusing on business-critical questions and success factors.Coordinate with internal and customer-facing stakeholders to identify market shifts and implement actions supporting Therapeutic Area strategic goals.Structure and manage the Insights to Action process with an emphasis on insight gathering, dissemination, and feedback loops.Design and implement processes for systemic gathering, structuring, and dissemination of key insights.Regularly assess and adjust processes to meet business needs in an agile manner.Serve as a connector between brand teams and functional support areas for actionable tactics and solutions.Implement and facilitate collaboration forums applying agile best practices for Control Tower operations.Coordinate dynamically between customer-facing and internal business support teams.Integrate market responses and insights to guide strategic decisions and performance monitoring.Recommend resource redeployment based on continuous learning and brand performance monitoring.Partner with analytics teams to interpret data into actionable insights.Prepare and present findings to stakeholders, translating insights into business strategies.Monitor performance by tracking business outcomes and field activities.Schedule and facilitate meetings to ensure alignment on key discussion topics and insights.Who You Are: You are organized, accountable, and agile, with a strategic and detail-oriented approach. Your ability to foster collaboration and empower teams makes you a pivotal leader in driving brand performance.Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business, Life Sciences).10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, insights, analytics, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Proficiency in project management tools, with the ability to optimize existing platforms for structuring insights.Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:Experience with regulatory and compliance considerations in the pharmaceutical industry.Job Level: ManagementAdditional InformationThe base compensation range for this role is: $196,000.00-$269,500.00Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
