Hospice Chaplain: Compassionate Spiritual Care Leader
The Hospice of Baton Rouge
The Hospice of Baton Rouge is seeking a Chaplain to provide spiritual care to patients and families. You will develop and revise care plans with the Hospice team, initiate pastoral care components, and collaborate with other clinicians. Responsibilities include contacting church leaders with consent, arranging visits, supporting bereavement and community outreach, and maintaining records.
